A big aspect of what he trains people to do is honestly journaling. From his perspective, there's three key aspects of journaling for self awareness and then ultimately performance and then ultimately self creation. Freud said that you've got to make the unconscious conscious so a big aspect of journaling is just writing about what's going on. When you're stressed, when you're dealing with pressure, ultimately you want to write about how you're feeling. It allows you to get it out in front of you and then you can start thinking about it differently.
