The Importance of Forgiveness in Relationships

I think it does more harm than good to discount all the love that you felt in the relationship. It feels when you're first going through it for me at least it felt very black or white. Ultimately it really is just two humans doing what they need to do for their lives and their trauma. We hurt each other and I feel like this question for me brought up a lot of thoughts around forgiveness. And I... It's a really big thing. Oh my gosh I feel like there's a lot of not pressure but there's no thing that's going to make you feel no pain.
