The Supreme Court's Purcell Is a Threat to Our Democracy
Lavyoum: Purcel is steadily creeping into the election law field, and its really overtaking establish precedents and principles. He says if a state enacted a law that said black people cannot vote, i'm not sure the supreme court would say, you know, that is unconstitutional. LavyouM: What the court is doing with puscel to undermine our democracy is really a threat to our democracy. We're at this point where we really need to rethnk what's going on in our democracy.
