We had just closed our series. A we'd raised an additional $14 million led by sales horse ventures and scale ventures. We were trying to figure out distribution, which gets into, hey, how do we get this technology in the hands of as many people as possible. And so that partnership then turned into an acquisition offer of of Craig Walker, who is the CEO of dial pad coming to say, hey, if you guys ever thought about selling the business.
