Is Meditation a Good Idea for Triathletes?

Amikal: I would say all hard working triathletes if the thing is it's like anything you know we've talked today about self talk visualization chunking and now we've talked about mindfulness and relaxation methodologies. We find that a lot of people get this whether they're first timers or experienced participants, our body and minds natural way of saying that something important and significant is coming up. Amikal: It's normal to feel heightened but don't interpret those feelings as being hyped up for an event so always have that in mind.
