A lot of today's brands use a lot of quantitative data. Some are also talking to customers, but i feel like the qualitative is probably, in some places, left a little bit to decide as much as the quantitative is. I just think that, generally speaking, talking to your customers, either through surveys, interviews, et cetera, is such a major unlock.
