How to Run Safely in Hot Weather
If you're able to run at the coolest part of the day then run during that time. The best way to stay hydrated on a run is to be hydrated before the run so don't think you're going to get away with not running in hot weather. If you can run in the shade now it's not going to be cooler in the shade you're just going to be out of the sun's radiation.
