Every time i travel, i usually get chinese food at the airport. And unknowingly, that same memory of that first experience triggered me into craving a certain thing. So when i started my journey this year, and knew i'd be travelling more, i started planning in advance. I'm ing to pack along a meat stick and a grenola bar, and i'm going to have all of these different foods. On busy days, oftentimes i put off eating until i am ravenous, and then i grab all those things that are quickly accessible. It's how powerful our thoughts can be.
