It wasn't a product acquisition, but it definitely was an other other slash asset buy. Google finally now is bundling it as one of the OEM options when you get to choose all the Google services when you're making an Android phone. But it's still not a Google branded product. No maps, Google Maps is still clearly the flagship location based product.
