Flux Training for Tempos

With flux training, you can do Canova style alternations where instead of a 20 minute tempo, you go 800 on 800 off for three, four miles. Another variation is going back to hills that I talked about as if you have this hilly course and letting the hill be kind of the hard flux part. And what you're doing here is where a traditional tempo is kind of riding that lactate threshold.
