How to Apply the Jobs to Strategy

The jobs themselves are pretty consistent, but the way they're talked about is changing and evolving. For one client, they got rid of an entire division and then rehired everybody and we redid the job. And that was what? It was three years later and they were exactly the same. So I'm working on a process right now called driving forces with four companies. We're using the notion of causation and understanding what are those things we need to, what opportunities do we need to? Are we going to take advantage of or what threats do we actually defend against?
