How to Get the Most Out of Your Training

A good rule of thumb is that the higher the intensity the fresher you should be to get the maximum benefits from any training. If we're going to do some sort of sprint training well any higher high-endest training we do want to do warm up so that's taking us a given I guess. The ideal situation is to do them immediately after the warm up because then you'll be warmed up but fresh with all your energy left and you'll be able to hit them really hard. It doesn't matter whether they are on the anaerobic side so 30 seconds or the aerobic side of the spectrum 90 seconds so that's more via 2 max the general intensity is still high for
