I think there's a huge in fact in my last newsletter I shared a piece that spoke just to that actually around this what they call the friendship recession among men in particular and how male friendship how important that is for well-being. So much of our life these days are very you know lead us to be more depressed yeah. We take aspects of daily life that we just take for granted like this is just this is just life this is just how things are. And yet as I've learned grudge like as I've learn staying in the field longer and longer I find myself much more backing up and focusing on relationship in the room.
