Germans did not do any specific track work until nine days before the olympics. The german team that won the olympic pursuit, and showed hw they were doing all a endurance work. I personally am bias towards keep it to one ride a day. And i'm a big believer in the value of the long ride. For somebody who has a life and doesn't have that two hours, two and a half hours in a day, ye, that might not be quite as good, but's still better than not getting the rides.
