The Importance of Mindfulness in Nutrition

A lot of people intuitively or mindfully, I guess, did that with their nutrition towards the stage. And like, hopefully science can kind of refine what we're doing, but you don't want it to become restrictive. So then you follow prescriptive macros because, you know, macro calculator shot this out. It's like, I feel terrible when I eat only 40 grams of fat or whatever and you never experiment. Oh, 60 and drop my carbs. I feel a million times better. But it's, yeah, it's again, whether or not there's like they've just, in a sense, got over trained.
