Andrea Valdez: If you're staying in a very narrow kind of moderately heavy rep range, you start to run in the bottlenecks and it's not that you're not providing a stimulus. For me personally, when I look at my own training, what guides my decision to use higher or lower rep ranges is what is going to be something that I have the mental grind ability on right now.
