What's the Ideal Time to Give the Insolent?

The ideal situation is you know exactly what they 're going to eat and how much of it. Oftentimes the patients don't get the insolent until after they've eaten, which is not optimal. Sometimes we'll put it in order that says, if the patient eats all their meals, give them this fixed ocinsilin. If they eat half of their meal, giving them this much. It's often reasonable to give people a they're insolent at the time that they're eating or after they're eating.
