A lot of organizations have many good initiatives that they're working on, but spending some time cascading that purpose down through their organization to each layer. Another good way that we've seen is putting in touch the operators with sales representatives or customers for help from NGOs. Having sales representatives visit the plans that explains what the feedback the customers gives about the product is very powerful as well.
