The Attrition Rate of Cooking Schools
For anybody that's gone to a cooking school program, they're not in the business after five years. I would say there's probably one or two people in cooking school. If you spent the same amount on training in one field and one field only, you don't have the option. The attrition rate is around 70 to 80%.
