There's a lot of emotions wrapped up. Like if a broke, broke, don't fix it. Then there's also like the like, you know, am I going to alienate people? Am I going to go back on my word almost or like kind of like feelings of greed almost maybe with changing that? "I'd by far rather have a thousand customers paying $10 a month than 10 customers who pay $1,000 a month," he says. 'That's where it kind of gets a little gray'
