Dietary clestral load so to no more than about 300 milligrams per ay. That's equivalent, based on what i've just told you, to about one and a half eggs per day. Over all, we know that increasing dieti clestral alone is not associated with increased heart disease risk. But there may be some significant ways in which we can reduce callestral in our blood that don't require medication or a change in diet.
