The Importance of Being Conscientious

A lot of us have a habit of being over responsible, which also taps into the over empathy that I talked about in episode five. Worry is like a goldfish: It doesn't know when it's full and it cannot differentiate between an actual genuine concern that you need to address versus just something that you feel like imagining. Some people out there could do would be in a hell of a lot more conscientious than they are. But here's the thing. As warriors, even if those people who lack the conscientiousness or even if everybody went and did all the things that we think need to be done in order for us not to worry, we would find something else to worry about.
