I think that what's really interesting is the concept between sort of avoiding and going for it. My husband calls me a bomb thrower when when I get anxious. A lot of my challenges are always like it's my fault, you know, like I am dealing with this I what's wrong with me kind of thing as opposed to what’s wrong with them. It's fascinating to me how people cope with these things even though many of us theoretically know what's going on.
