My Top Number One Supplement of All Time

Each morning, after i've had my bullet proof stile coffee, i will sit down and reflect. And for ten minutes why i close my eyes and just sit in silence. This is about half an hour in total. I also read 20 pages of affirmations every day which takes me seven minutes. During this time i'm sitting down and reading a thing where i insure that i're not feeling hyperbaric at any point during the day. And then if i've recently had a tough day, mentally strained or have been on a flight,  then i hit hay in the evening. As a result, i'm finding myself to be much calmer and much more stoic.
