There are times when, when we actually need to avoid plain water, try to keep that minimal in our hydration plan. It's not too black and white where I can say a hundred percent like don't ever drink water. Um, yeah, cause we can overdo and maybe cause some other GI issues if our formulation and our strategy isn't appropriate.
