Are You Incompetent?

If you don't know what you're doing, it comes from the fact that you probably haven't done it all that much. And so if you're going to really know how to help a client, you'd better know a lot about that industry. That's not going to happen unless you've worked for other clients in that industry. It's like, listen, the firm that's going to win here is the firm that listens to me.
