How to Reframe a Pain Point

"There were some personal elements that felt very much like I was trying to rescue people and I couldn't," she says. "I created a simple table in Google Docs where in column one, the header was pain point." She then asked herself for each item: How might I look at this in a different way based on what I know or what I don't know? Only one of her nine major pain points could not be reframed as being beyond her control.
