How to Reduce Stress in Meat Prep

Our stress hormone cortisol is going to be higher during meat prep, especially towards the end. So we have greater recovery demands because of that. We can only recover from so much stress in a day. Doing breathing exercises or just having quiet time, going for a leisurely walk will help with recovery. You had to gift yourself something like a pedicure. I spend my trainings are going to require a pedicures. Do something for yourself, but daily, daily, not just like once in a while. Join us in two weeks for another episode.
