How to Manage Hunger and Weight Loss
I feel like I'm burning a little extra calories just because of my cycles norm. The week before is the banner week of the month for me but so I just lift heavier so I think that accommodates if I eat if my accuracy isn't like 100 percent you know. How do you handle the hunger? Do you have any strategies that you've used to help maybe mitigate the hunger or or because for you to be able to consciously say hey I used to use this as a justification and I am a hungrier but I'm not going to use it as a justification anymore.
