What Is Mindfulness?

i think of real mi fulness as focusing all your attention on a single task or activity. And so many people make the mistake of assuming that they can pay attention to multiple things at once. Without that concentration, you don't get to mastery, and you also don't really get into flow. i feel like this is the kind of thing that got even worse during the worst days of the pandami rit. I felt like because we added so much more reen time, it made us so much more susceptible to the bad habits that lead you away from mindfulness.
