The Hamstrings Are a Good Example.
Cramps are more common when the muscle is shortened. It tends to be biarticular muscles where it's a little more common. Because you're working that muscle in both of its joint actions. So if you picture like arm straight and then you pull down there, you can see the lots are lengthening.
