The Importance of Sleep in ADHD

I'm asleep anywhere from one and a half to eight. Not having sleep exacerbates my ADHD symptoms massively. So it's really impactful in terms of how shit my life is if I'm not sleeping, which is why I'm very grateful to mysterious war for sitting and messaging me often at three in the morning when I've got nothing to talk about.
