There are reasons to borrow from prehistoric diets and reasons not to. The cave men would eat whatever they can, whether it's healthy or nothealthy. They also didn't eat a ton of stuff every day, multiple times a day. So intermittent fasting might be good thing for some people. Other things, like leghumes are generally seen as healthy. But nuts may or may not be healthy. Like t they show extremely positive evidence in almost every trial. It's great for heart disease, great for active conditions. And i don't think there's much objection to that at all,. because things like herosemens and nitroso compounds, those are not good for you.
