How to Breathe Like a Navy SEAL
The first skill I want to teach you is called tactical breathing. This type of breathing is taught in the military, so essentially we are going to breathe like Navy SEALs. It's shown to reduce cortisol levels in the brain when practiced and done consistently. All kinds of really awesome things happen when we relearn how to breathe. We can think more clearly. We can make better choices while we were stressed out. And we can become more in control of our body and our mind.
