Worrying ain't planning andt but it feels like it. A lot of t times, ike i am doing something constructive, because at least i have my mind on the problem. It doesn't feel like i'm avoiding the problem when i'm worrying about the problem. That's what perseverations all about. We're just constantly worrying that something might happen. I like that word, by the way, icause tis hard to say perseveration. But what would you say as the definition? What is the cardcord definition of that?
