You Don't Get Any Money if You Raise Too Much

There are all sorts of downstreams, downstream effects of raising a that much money. Your preference stack goes up by that much and you can't exit for more than what you've raised. The bigger reason, in my mind, not to quote and quote, raise too much is there's like the law of thermo dynamics with start ups. You won't be tempted to make that extra higher.
