The Relationship Between Sleep and Stress
Hormones associated with fat loss and weight loss generally tend to be less favorable after a night of sleep deprivation. Even one night of poor sleep, you're going to experience more physical and mental stress. It can become this vicious cycle, which really people get stuck in. Emotional dysregulation too. Oftentimes, if you really thought about it, you probably can link it to two things, either being sleep deprived or just being low energy or maybe just hungry.
