Is Menstrual Cycle Affecting Sweat Rate?
Wearables can have potentially dangerous implications if you trust that data to the nth degree. I'd still go for the weighing yourself before and after building a profile of what is expected, and then using thirst to kind of adjust that as you're going in real time. For males versus females, it doesn't seem to have a general effect on sweat rate. Males will generally sweat more simply because they're bigger and producing more body heat per minute or hour.
