I B J J F Model With Heel Hooks
At my school, we generally go by the i b j j f model in terms of lage. If if you fall back for a foot lock, there's a good chance that you're oingto end up on the bottom - which means you give up a sweep. And then in nog class, i tend to teach it a basically the i bJjF model with the addition of heel hooks. So i'm just wondering, like, at your club, what would be sort of the default, a system thatr lens?
