Is There a Limitation of Functions in Your Organization?

Lack of reflexivity people not challenging the requirements or asking why we're doing things and you just get a really good example of that lack of justification. People just telling you to do stuff but not explaining why they want you to do that sort of thing. Or being annoyed when somebody asks why why are we asked why are we doing this sort of thing? And then lack of substantive reasoning not looking at the situation in front of them.
