In the public markets, we venture benefits from you sort of put it in a jar and you forget about it for a while. But right now, when there's big volatility in that, one of the unusual things on the hiring side is trying to figure out what options do you grant? If ultimately, it was just one investor that said, hey, it was worth this. And so that is a double-edged sword. The upside is that you are going to be priced to market.
