There's three different names for cleanse, rans, parts, rest parts. And we'll do that for about 15 sessions and then go back into a developmental cycle. We would only throw a light implement. Every time we do five throws in that body weight circuit, that's considered a part. So our whole thing is how are we reacting to the developmental cycle? How are you reacting to the rest cycle? Does that make sense?
