Is There a Competitive Bake-Off?
Sally Kohn: One thing we have never talked about is competitive bake-offs. Do you find that sometimes you're able to leverage other people's expectations about the typical salesperson against companies you're selling against? Is that like a tactic that all the time? And because we're in a crowded space, we're in cybersecurity. We try not to seem unprofessional about it because attacking another human being who you don't know does not come off well if you do it in a poor fashion.
