We spend about a third of our life sleeping, and we know that sleep is really important for athlete health and performance. There's good evidence that disrupted sleep over the long term has negative impacts on athlete performance. For example, when you increase training load, Lauren, in athletes, where there's an increase in load, we do see an impact and negative impact on sleep. And this seems to relate well with poor performance during overreaching, for example.
