How to Train a 400 Meter Runner

If i were you, i would build up to a maybe three rounds of the test about once every two weeks. I always like duel meats for my athletes, hedul meets for preparing trackin field athletes. The racing, they run much faster and differently than when we're training. So if you're a track coach and you can get two duel meets early in the season of a week, that is your training. You don't mean really track practice becomes a warm up in form work,. but the real actual training happens at the meet.
