The breathing techniques that we just talked about will go along with some of these grounding techniques. The breathing techniques are very important to help facilitate mindfulness and the grounding techniques will help you become aware of your surroundings once again after you've come out of a dissociative episode or to prevent your safety. So I really like cold water. I think that it's very helpful in bringing people back to the present moment. We're going to wrap up and go over some grounding techniques.
