The Power of Naming Your Ego

The practice of just naming our ego so creating that separation between ourselves and ego we really have loved reading all of the names that people choose in this community some have shared them with us and social media. We really do suggest naming your ego having a little fun with it and knowing that ego is not you It's just something that's they're separate from you for me that was one of the most life-changing realizations.
