Is There a Participatory Culture?
Akamai is starting to knock on 10,000 people. When we think about what we're trying to become, we're moving towards that ideal. But in a lot of instances, it's a bit more of a dial. There are places where some folks feel incredibly engaged and others don't as much. And so I think we're pushing for that ideal, which is incredible and useful.
