i suppose i'l 'll ast this in two parts. When you go back into the gim and you're in a training focus cycle, what does asort of rough, average, weak look like like? How do you break it down? And then does that look any difference when, or any different when you're in sa projecting cycle? The yes. Um, right now, i think i'll an to the second part first. I guess the peak shaped thing, i think it mostly is like those sort of niche strength and conditioning things that i was doing, just drop off when i'm working on a project or something outside.
