I think that's the biggest, the biggest thing because in reality we can all Google how to do whatever, but by having someone accountable you're getting the help with implementation which is huge. When I hired my first mentor that's what I realized was the most impactful thing for me and I was like, okay, I want to do this for other people because I know that position. So like, yeah, every aspect is just why wouldn't you man?
